Through a peephole embedded into the face of an artificial, plastic rock, the viewer becomes implicated as they peer into painful object dreams. The piece engages the physical and emotional aspects of the viewer, carrying the artist's curiosity for what differentiates humans from tools. The work investigates the use of surveillance and voyeurism as a means of instilling a state of being onto an object.
